When I think back to how we did things before KinderLogix (formerly Timesavr), I can’t believe the amount of time we used to spend doing things that KinderLogix now does in minutes. KinderLogix has allowed us to streamline our processes, increase our customer service, and become more efficient. It does our claims, including totalling dayhome educator hours for the month, figuring out who qualifies for the infant care incentive and counting the children for us. Additionally, reconciling our subsidy amounts is much easier and faster. I have also found Timesavr support to be very available and quick to fix most problems. Vince is always open to suggestions for new ideas or reports, and if he can, he implements them quickly.

I have owned a daycare business since 2016, and through the years, we have had several locations. I only use KinderLogix (formerly Timesavr) to manage my daycare centers. Not only is it local to Edmonton and Alberta, but it is highly functional and reasonably priced. I have seen other programs out there, such as Daycare Works, Brightwheel, and HiMama. KinderLogix is way more unique to Alberta daycare owners. It does everything! Vincent is a developer and a daycare owner in Alberta, so he knows what we need in our program to manage everything. If you ever have questions or concerns or need something adapted, he listens and is always quick to respond and make the changes to the program.
